Yes, if you’ve booked a minimum of 2 hours for podcast or video recording, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This ensures ample time to prepare and get settled. Additionally, the first 15 minutes of your booked window will be used for essential setup, including camera framing, audio checks, and other preparations needed to start recording smoothly.

Absolutely! During each recording session, you’ll have a dedicated team by your side. This includes a Technical Director, a Production Assistant, and skilled Audio and Video Engineers, all ready to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist you whenever needed.

If you have a script, please email it to us at least one day before your scheduled recording. This allows us ample time to load it into our system and reformat it for optimal readability, ensuring you can deliver your lines clearly and effortlessly.

Yes, we offer editing services tailored to your needs, depending on the package you choose. Our team can professionally edit your podcast or video to help you achieve the highest quality for your content. If editing isn’t part of the package you select, we’re happy to provide these services as an add-on for an additional fee. The final edited content will be delivered within 7 days. Our process begins with sending you the first draft 3 days after recording. The remaining 4 days are dedicated to any additional edits you request and to preparing other elements like reels, thumbnails, and more.
