  1. Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure a smooth setup process.
  2. Session Setup: The first 15 minutes of your booked session will be used for essential setup, including camera framing, audio checks, and other preparations.
  3. Studio Amenities: Our studio provides amenities such as a green room, coffee, beverages, light snacks, free parking, and high-speed internet for your convenience.
Payment and Cancellation
  1. Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made in accordance with the package selected. Additional services, such as editing, may incur extra fees.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the booking.
Content and Intellectual Property
  1. Ownership: All content created during your session remains your intellectual property. However, California Talk Studio reserves the right to use anonymized or non-identifiable snippets for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
  2. Prohibited Content: Clients are prohibited from creating content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
